Tinctures
The base ingredient of a tincture will affect its shelf life. My tinctures contain an alcohol base. Alcohol based tinctures can have a shelf life of 2-5 years and sometimes longer. It's best to store it in a dark cool place. Making sure to keep it out of direct sunlight. By doing so will ensure that your tincture will not degrade rapidly and last as long as possible. Tinctures are not meant for long term use. Golden rule is 4-6 weeks on and 1-2 weeks off.
Infused Oils
Infused oils generally last 6 months to 1 year. Exposure to light, heat and moisture will accelerate the deterioration of the oil. To maximize the value of your oil, store in a dark, cool and dry place.
Salves
Salves typically have a shelf life of 6 months to 3 years depending on the ingredients and storage conditions. Keep salves in a dark, cool place away from sunlight while limiting moisture exposure.
Shipping and Returns
Packages will be shipped within 1-3 business days once your order is received. The Salvy Cat is a small batch company that strives to provide high quality products without delay. In the event that a product sells out and there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified within 24 hours.

At this time all products are nonrefundable. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Damaged or Broken Items
Sometimes during shipment items can be damaged or broken. I will gladly send an equal replacement if notified within 3 days of receiving your package.

To put in a claim for a replacement simply email salvy.replacement@gmail.com with the Order #, Your First and Last name, shipping address, damaged/broken product name, and a photo of damaged product.

You can expect the replacement item to be shipped within 3-5 business days.
